Everyone has the same amount of time to work with in a week, but some people manage to fit a whole lot more into those same 168 hours. Rose LaBreche is one of those people. Not only does Rose manage an active job in public service, she's also a strong proponent for fitness and sport, and has served as a match official for Rugby on an international level.
